Inclusivity
The Grad Network works consistently to foster a culture of inclusion for all students, their friends, families, and partners. Our staff is trained and equipped to recognize and lower the barriers to inclusion so that every student can feel recognized and appreciated.
At the organizational level, we recognize that it is estimated that 20% of people live with some form of disability. As the only Jewish graduate student organization in Philly, we value our important role in the community and are always working to develop, embrace, and integrate new practices into our programs so that we can best serve all of our students.
The Grad Network is proudly a member of The J.Proud Jewish Philly LGBTQ Consortium. The mission of J.Proud is to work together as a collective agent of change to raise awareness, educate, and advocate for the diverse needs of the Jewish LGBTQ community while building relationships with allies in the Greater Philadelphia area. The Grad Network works with community partners to bring programs and opportunities to the LGBTQ community that are authentic, educational, pluralistic, and meaningful.
