NOTE TIME AND ROOM CHANGE
The Victor Center is offering FREE screening for students of Ashkenazi descent for nine Jewish genetic diseases. One in five people of Jewish Ashkenazi descent is a carrier of a mutation of a Jewish genetic disease. Screening can cost a couple thousand dollars if not done through a program such as this.
You must register in advance for the screening.
Screening involves genetic counseling and a blood draw. If you have any questions, contact Shoshana, Outreach Coordinator at the Victor Center, at 215 456 7875 or rosensh@einstein.edu.
