Matters of Life and Death: Jewish Bioethics in the 21st Century

The Gratz College Florence Melton Adult Mini-School invites members of the community to join Melton Alumni for a Center City Alumni course.

This mini-course (7 weeks, 2 hours each session) will meet at BZBI on Wednesday mornings, 10 a.m. – Noon. Tuition is $190 for the mini-course.

Matters of Life and Death: Jewish Bioethics in the 21st Century, taught by Rabbi Margot Stein 11/11, 11/18, 12/2, 12/9, 12/16, 1/6, 1/13 We will explore Jewish views of such hot-button topics as stem cell research, fertility technologies, abortion and euthanasia. Apply ancient wisdom to today’s headlines.
