Penn Take Back The Night - A movement to end sexual violence
Take Back the Night (TBTN) is an international, grassroots feminist event intended to protest sexual violence in all of its forms, to as support survivors of sexual violence, and honor those who did not survive. On April 2, 2009, Penn is hosting its first TBTN in many years. The success of the event is contingent upon people attending. It is hoped that many different groups of students, staff, and faculty are represented that evening, and that the Penn community comes out in full force to demand an end to all forms of sexual violence. EVERYONE - regardless of age or gender is welcome. Please join us that evening to help in the fight to end sexual violence.
