Grad Gatherings are small, informal opportunities for grad students to get together and enjoy Philly. Grad Gatherings include going out for ice cream, taking in a movie or play, baking challah, and volunteering opportunities. These events are planned by members of the Programming Board, and are a great way to make new friends in a low key setting.

Network Shabbat events are a great way to unwind at the end of a long week by enjoying Shabbat dinner together. Network Shabbat events are often held in people's homes, may be potluck or catered, and always include a kosher and a vegetarian option. We are always looking for new hosts! Email info@jewishgrads.org if you're interested.

Holiday! Rosh Hashana dinner, Yom Kippur break fast, Chanukah candle-lighting, Passover seder... Let the Grad Network be your home away from home for holiday celebrations. |
 |
Topics on Tap: Join us every semester for a six-week series at a local bar (and outdoors for Topics on Turf in the summertime). Each week we'll take an interesting and innovative look at a different Jewish topic, presented by talented educators from across Philly.
